4-Day Leatherworking Course „Custom Made”

Do you want to create your own unique handbag or other leather accessory from scratch?
Our 4-day „Custom Made” leatherworking course is perfect for everyone – regardless of age or experience. This is a space where you can work on your own projects, either independently or with our guidance and support.

The course is led by Basia and Darek, founders of LadyBuQ Art since 2012. Our workshop operates every day – it’s a true creative environment where our original leather projects are made, not just a space for the course.

• Create your own project – from the first cut to a finished product. You can design a handbag, wallet, cosmetic case, or other accessory based on your ideas.

• Professional guidance – we’ll give tips and show you the best techniques and methods for working with leather.

• Learn various leatherworking techniques – hand stitching “with two needles,” machine stitching, edge finishing, rivet setting, cutting, and leather preparation.

Course Program (4 days)

Day 1 – Introduction & Project Design
Learn about different types of leather, basic tools, and techniques, and design your own project.

Day 2 – Material Preparation & Cutting
Discover how to prepare leather, cut components, and work with different types of leather.

Day 3 – Sewing & Assembling the Project
Master hand and machine stitching, assembling components, and preliminary finishing.

Day 4 – Finishing & Details
Learn professional edge finishing, rivet setting, embossing initials, and final detailing. At the end, you’ll take home your finished, personal creation.
